Individual Counseling
Address your concerns in one on one sessions with a qualified professional. Experience an open, supportive and non-judgmental space with a therapist committed to helping you feel better. Our goal is to gain an understanding of the underlying causes and to teach you strategies to take control of your state of mind.
Ages: 13 and up
Adolescent Counseling
Adolescent counseling can focus on major issues including abuse, neglect and trauma. Therapy can also address developing positive coping methods, boosting self-esteem and other positive states and traits in children. This is done through the utilization of a combination of play and behavioral techniques in sessions.
Ages: 13+
Family Counseling
Address your family’s concerns in sessions in which all family members have the opportunity to discuss their feelings and issues. Whether a member of the family is struggling or the family unit is experiencing a significant change or loss we will work to improve communication and assist all members with gaining clarity and control.
Telehealth Counseling
Telehealth (video) counseling sessions are an easy way to receive the same quality care from the therapist but on your computer, tablet or smartphone from the location of your choosing. Visits are safe and secure via a HIPAA compliant platform.
